Lake Michigan Styled Shoot by Natashia Nicole
As seen in Wedding Sparrow (2016).
I've been enamored with Door County landscape since one of my first styled shoot with Amy Gaerthofner. Natashia from Natashia Nicole Photography just solidifies my need to travel there and it's beauty in person! I was so excited to see my watercolor invitation suite in this gorgeous Lake Michigan styled shoot.
Let's starts with the beautiful Elizabeth Dye gown(I have a very soft spot for tulle skirts), the gorgeous floral by Inspired by Nature, the perfect table for two for the beautiful couple, and how picturesque The Main Grain Bakery nautical theme cake with oyster shells!
For this handmade invitation suite, I combined handmade watercolor paper from Silk and Willow(they hold up so good with intense watercolor), handmade envelopes from Arpa, and a gorgeous blue handmade envelope from sHare Studios. I used Silver Finetec for my calligraphy against all the blues and an ombre watercolor calligraphy for the main addressing. And of course, we can't forget to add some vintage stamps! And to continue with the coastal theme, I finally got a chance to do some calligraphy on capiz and oyster shells! Yay!!
