Rose Quartz Styled Shoot by Tenth and Grace

I feel extremely blessed in this first year of Seniman Calligraphy. A Wedding Sparrow featured for Thanksgiving, a Magnolia Rouge feature for Christmas, and finally this; a Style Me Pretty front page feature for New Year!!

When Tanya from Tenth and Grace approach me to provide some stationary for an editorial based on one of Pantone Color of the Year, I was very excited and honor to participate.

The main inspiration for the design in the Rose Quartz name cards that Tanya found! So for this invitation, we decided to do a watercolor wash for liner and as the main design element for the invitation. I did simple white calligraphy for the name and watercolor ombre text for all the important information. As for the addressing, I decided to do some brush calligraphy and some branch illustration.

So glad to see how everything comes together in this gorgeous White Sparrow venue! I mean, how perfect is that table setting against all white-washed wood? And of course, our beautiful bride and that to-die-for jewelry from Shapiro Diamonds!! I love my humble engagement ring (a cushion cut green amethyst with a tiny halo to match his eyes) but those diamonds are blinding!!!

So please, enjoy and give this some love :)
